For our team in Frankfurt we are looking for:

​

A senior consultant for project development/financing. You should feel at home in the area of larger project developments > 100 million GIG and already have extensive experience in both project development and financing. Gladly as a lawyer, developer or coming from the banking sector. International experience and English language skills are essential.

​

your task: You manage national and international financing projects (senior debt, mezzanine, whole loan, forward funding, forward purchase, bridge financing) and advise real estate investors on the sale and purchase of larger real estate projects.

​

The acquisition of new projects and the support of existing customers are also part of your tasks.
